How to Give Agent Bolt Access to Your Facebook Business Manager

Follow these steps to provide Agent Bolt access to your assets through Facebook Business Manager:

Step 1: Add Agent Bolt as a Partner

  1. Go to your Business Manager account using this link: Facebook Business Settings.
  2. Under the Users section, click on Partners.
  3. Click on the blue Add button and select Give a partner access to your assets.
  4. In the pop-up, enter Agent Bolt’s Business ID: 2681462942033730, and click Next.

Step 2: Grant Access to Your Assets

  1. You'll now see a list of assets that you can give Agent Bolt access to. This includes both your Facebook Page and your Facebook Ad Account.

  2. To give access to your Facebook Page:

    • Select Pages on the left sidebar.
    • Click the radio button next to your page.
    • On the right side, select the permissions: Publish content, Moderate messages and comments, Create Ads, and View page performance.

  3. Before saving your changes, go to Ad Accounts on the left side to give Agent Bolt access to your ad account:

    • Select the relevant Ad Account.
    • On the right side, select the permissions: Manage Campaigns, View Performance, and Manage Creative Hub mockups.

  4. Click Save Changes to finalize.

By completing these steps, you’ll successfully grant Agent Bolt access to your assets in your Facebook Business Manager.
